Covid-19 has wreaked havoc and devastation over the world in ways no one could have predicted. The entire planet came to a halt in one manner or another. Life as we knew it was no longer the same. And as a result, change has become the new constant.
Online learning has become popular among educational institutions. The students were initially enticed by the prospect of not having to hustle to get to their institutions and being able to do it from the comfort of their own homes.
This tranquility, however, did not endure long. Students’ and teachers’ mental and physical health has suffered as a result of online education.

Physical health effects of online classes
1. Issues with vision
Increased screen time puts more strain on the eyes, causing severe headaches. This was true not just for students, but also for teachers.
2. Ethics in the classroom is lacking
The integrity of the classroom has been severely harmed. Health risks have arisen as a result of posture, regularity, lack of routine, and attentiveness. Constant sitting has also contributed to weight gain.
The pupils have been restless and frustrated since there has been little physical activity. This, too, had an effect on dietary habits, resulting in physical health problems.
3. Improper ergonomics

Online learning has led to poor/bad ergonomics, leading to a slew of back pain and fibromyalgia-related disorders.
4. Insufficient physical activity
Obesity is a result of a lack of physical activity among youngsters. It’s just gotten worse as a result of binge eating and watching.
